Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at ephikorea.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

  • In case of any unexpected device error or problems you’ll have 1 month warranty for the used phones you purchased. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, the warranty period will be expired and we can’t offer any exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

  • If you’ve found errors with your product you must request for exchange within the first 15 days, and should send the product back before your 1 month warranty lasts. 
  • To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (except used products).
  • To complete your return, we require the name of purchaser, date and some additional information.
  • Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us or getting a confirmation for a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us before leaving S.Korea.
  • We may require photos or additional information to process your claim.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item or resolving the issue.

Refunds

  • Once item purchased we only provide a refund for the first 5 days after the delivery date.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed right away, if we didn’t find any problem on the returned items after inspecting for the mentioned problems, we may reject your refund request.

Exchanges for simply change of mind

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return as mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • You will be eligible to exchange purchased items only for next 7 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping returns

We will provide you a free delivery service in general, but there are certain situations where we charge for a return delivery fee:

  • You will be charged for a return delivery fee If you want to return purchased items with a simple change of mind without any technical problem or damage.
  • We can only collect items from where we delivered them when purchased (Only in Korea). If you are abroad, we don’t offer delivery to your country (we may try to assist if we can, but not mandatory).
